Materials will be provided for the class and no previous calligraphy experience is needed.
Calligraphy is not only a beautiful artistic technique, but also beneficial for those who may have problems with fine motor skills or concentration. It is also a fun and meditative way to unwind. This class is limited to ten people and a $25.00 donation to the Friends of the Library is asked. Suzanne Lee worked as fashion designer. She lived and worked in the Orient for 25 years. She is influenced by Asian art and calligraphy from all over the world. She has taught calligraphy for many years and studied with contemporary masters.
