The lakes gallery at chi-lin is a hidden gem in a 1780 farmhouse surrounded by beautiful Asian stroll gardens. Since 1981 it has featured fine contemporary New England and Asian art and photography for both commercial spaces and lakeside homes in a setting of fine vernacular Asian antiques.
The gallery hosts seasonal exhibits and fall poetry readings and artists' talks in a cozy firelit dining room.
Year round workshops in calligraphy, gold leaf work and book arts are offered
in the sunny sunny studio which offers professional calligraphy services.
